30-day money-back guarantee. If Macstension isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
• To start a return, email us at ishmaellallmahamad2@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
• We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. You won't pay for return shipping.

Compatibility

• Macstension requires two USB-C ports side by side on the same edge of your laptop, with no case attached. Please use the compatibility checker on our website before ordering.
• If it doesn't fit your device, you can still return it within 30 days under the standard return terms above.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Want the other color? Return your item under this policy and place a new order, or email us and we'll help.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
